Nisbau Mobile Foundations

Nisbau Mobile Foundations modular bolted silos are provided primarily for the storage of large quantities of bulk goods such as stones, gravel , ballast, pea gravel or soil. These storage units are also used as cement terminals in ports, railway stations and in large dry mixer plants.

All fittings that are found in standard silos are also deployed with the Nisbau Mobile Foundation system.

Filter Systems (GREENMOVEMENT)

Every silo is fitted with a filter system.While fitting, this ensures a reduced value for emissions coupling with (< 20mg/Nm³)

The filter systems have an integrated cleaning feature. Using compressed air, the absorbed cement dust is fed back from the filter elements to the silo. As an optional extra a vibratory shaker can be installed.

High-quality , flexible & versatile in use

In order to ensure adequate protection against corrosion caused by weather conditions, a part of the steel construction is glavanised. Thanks to the simple construction and design even large depots can be erected for diverse materials. This system can be further expanded in order to erect a filling station from a depot.

Measuring Systems

Measurement systems play a significant role in a cement silos under conditions of daily use.This includes systems that acquire the values of the limit level and the filled level. This can be done in the basic configuration in the form of full and dummy indicators and can go up to continuous measurement with radar/microwave.

The measurement systems play a supervisory role while fitting.In addition they interrupt the filling operation in case of limit value acquisition(closing the pinch valve) and indicate visual (flash-light) and accosting (hooter) warnings. As measurement indicators they provide information about the filled level in the cement silo. Thus, deliveries of binding agents may be initiated on time. This is a significant contribution towards minimising production bottlenecks

Standard Silos are also available upon request, furthermore there are no differences either in the filter system or the measurement technology

Control System

Our Nisbau control system is a functional, stable and easy to handle system that optimally controls and monitors every production step. An advanced, universal system, designed and developed for the highest demands in the field of concrete production.

The XXX system allows the manual and automatic control of the processes in the concrete batching plant. It is composed of the administration software XXX, plant visualisation program Visu-Win, the stand-alone batching computer WD-A, and a recovery set allowing for full data recovery. Thanks to the modular structure, the software allows you to build a plant control that is tailored specifically to your needs. Only the hardware and software modules necessary for the production process are compiled.

Batching Computer WD-A

The WD-A is a computer-controlled batching system which controls the batching of the mixture and the mixing procedure independently of the administrative computer TB-WIN SQL.During ongoing production , the operator can continue working with the software. The mixer plant is displayed as a diagram on a second 19” screen.
